Refund Policy

At Glostom SARL, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with our video production and editing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the procedures to request one.


1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds are considered in the following situations:

  1. Project Cancellation by Glostom SARL: If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control.
  2. Non-Delivery: If the final deliverable is not provided within the agreed timeline without prior notice or justification.
  3. Customer Dissatisfaction: Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the final product will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Completed and Approved Projects: Once the client approves the final deliverable, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for cancellations due to a change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Missed Deadlines Due to Client Delays: Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback do not qualify for refunds.
  • Partial Deliverables: If the client requests partial work or revisions outside the agreed scope, refunds will not apply.


3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your refund request, including:

    • Your name and contact information.
    • Project details (e.g., invoice number, package purchased).
    • Reason for the refund request.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  3. Resolution: If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.


4. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has already commenced but the project cannot be completed, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the amount of work completed.


5. Payment Method and Currency

Refunds will be issued in EUR (€) and processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Transaction fees or currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
